About This Trip
You will be picked up directly from your hotel early in the morning depending on your option, comfortably in an air-conditioned limousine or in a van. To strengthen you, you will receive snacks, cola and three bottles of water on board.
Eastern Luxor
Experience the drive through the eastern desert with views of impressive mountain ranges and make a short stop in a Bedouin village. Once you arrive in Luxor, you will visit the Karnak Temple, the largest temple complex in Egypt with its famous hypostyle hall and the sacred lake. We then continue to the centrally located Luxor Temple near the Abu-el-Hagag Mosque. Optionally, you can enjoy a relaxing Nile boat trip or a carriage ride through the bazaar.
After lunch at a local restaurant, check-in at the 4-star Nile-view hotel and dinner. If you like, you can optionally experience a sound and light show in the Karnak Temple or a carriage ride through the old town in the evening.
Optional: Hot air balloon ride at sunrise for an unforgettable panorama over Luxor.
Western Luxor
After breakfast at the hotel, your day begins with a visit to the famous Valley of the Kings with the magnificent tombs of the pharaohs (optionally also Tutankhamun's tomb). You will then discover the unique Temple of Hatshepsut, a masterpiece of ancient Egyptian architecture, before a photo stop at the impressive Colossi of Memnon.
Finally, a delicious lunch awaits you in an Egyptian restaurant before you drive back to Hurghada with unforgettable impressions.
