About This Trip
Tour of Cairo & Giza - Minivan Small Group with: Your adventure begins early in the morning. You will be picked up directly from your hotel.
Depending on the option you book, you will travel comfortably in an air-conditioned small group in a minivan. You will be accompanied by our experienced, German-speaking tour guide. To fortify you for the day, you will receive snacks, a cola and three bottles of water in the morning.
During the tour of Cairo & Giza - minivan small group, you will experience the impressive mountain ranges of the eastern desert at sunrise. These layered rocks tell millions of years of Earth's history. You will reach Cairo, the vibrant capital of Egypt.
Your first stop is the famous Egyptian Museum. It houses over 120,000 artifacts - including statues, mummies and the treasures of the young pharaoh Tutankhamun. Optionally, you can take a boat trip on the Nile and experience Cairo from a new perspective.
Afterwards, a delicious lunch awaits you at a local restaurant in Giza (drinks excluded). This is followed by the highlight of the day: The Giza Plateau with the majestic pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Menkaure - the only surviving wonder of the ancient world.
Admire the Great Sphinx, which mysteriously watches over the plateau. Plus, enjoy the opportunity to take an optional panoramic camel tour - a unique experience with fantastic views of the desert and the pyramids.
