Start your day early. With pickup directly from your hotel in Hurghada. In a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle you will travel to the airport, where you will take the short domestic flight to Cairo. Your German-speaking Egyptologist will greet you at Cairo Airport and will accompany you throughout the day - either in a private or small group.

Your tour of discovery starts in the pulsating heart of the capital. You can see the famous Tahrir Square, the Cairo Opera and the impressive Cairo Tower. A drive through the historic city center will give you a first impression of the modern side of this fascinating metropolis.

An absolute highlight are the world-famous pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Menkaure. Enjoy unforgettable photo opportunities, optionally explore the interior of a pyramid or experience a traditional camel ride through the desert. Right next to it rises the mysterious Sphinx, which has watched over the plateau for thousands of years.

Fortify yourself with a delicious lunch at a local restaurant with breathtaking views of the pyramids. Sample traditional Egyptian specialties before embarking on the next leg of your journey.
